Most of these houses have plots of more than 300 m². The basement, as in the other typologies, houses the installations and laundry area.
Detached / Individual Houses: In total, there are six units of this variant. They share the same characteristics as the semi-detached houses. These elegant villas are located in the southern part of the plot, where the topography is more uneven. Their plots are larger in surface area, some of them exceeding 1000 m². In addition to the aforementioned areas, these dwellings have four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a toilet. Also included in the basement is the space reserved for installations and laundry room.
