Sara Delgado is the founder and managing director of Sotogrande Home.
Her professional career began in the golf sector, working between 1995 and 1997 at the prestigious Valderrama Golf Club. During this period, she experienced the organisation of one of the most important international sporting events at close quarters: the 1997 Ryder Cup. That experience gave her valuable training in organisation, attention to detail and the management of high-profile clients.

The beginnings of Sotogrande Home
In 1999, Sara began her career in real estate, specialising from the outset in the Sotogrande area.
For 11 years she was part of the team at Savills Sotogrande, one of the most internationally recognised real estate firms, working alongside James Stewart. This period allowed her to develop a deep knowledge of the local market and strong experience in the sector.
In 2010, after more than a decade in real estate, she decided to create her own agency: Sotogrande Home. The first office opened in Galerias Paniagua, in the heart of Sotogrande. As the business grew and clients continued to place their trust in the company, the office later moved to a larger and more visible premises on the service road in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, parallel to the CN-340, where the agency continues to operate today.
After many years of experience, Sara Delgado and her team maintain the same commitment: to offer every client a professional, personal service adapted to their needs, supported by a deep understanding of Sotogrande and surrounding areas such as San Roque Club and Alcaidesa.
